Set atop a panoramic hill one km from the sea, Oasi enjoys 360° of stunning views including Noto, Vendicari natural park with its charming tonnara ruins, Rosolini, Portopalo di Capo Passero and gentle hills dotted with secular carob trees and olive groves, prickly pear and citrus plantations.

The tastefully designed and landscaped gardens, adorned with cascades of crimson bouganvillae and drifts of euphorbias, give the property the most luxuriant feel.

A brand new swimming pool is being built this winter, and will be ready in March.

BEACHES

The Vendicari Nature Reserve is just 3km away with it's choice of beaches of rugged coastline to explore. Alternatively, the much more tourist oriented beach of Lido di Noto is 5km away. San Lorenzo and Calamosche are popular beaches and are also just 5km away from the property.

TOWNS

The beautiful Baroque town of Noto is just 7km away and takes about 10 mins by car. Other nearby towns include Pachino and Rosolini, both around 30 mins away. Modica, Ragusa and Catania are all about an hour away and to get to the busy capital Palermo will take around 3 hours by car.

MARKETS

The closest supermarkets are in Noto. There is a very good small supermarket on the main road before Noto just minutes from the house and a good selection of butchers and fishmongers in Noto, Rosolini and Pachino. There is an amazing food market in Siracusa.
