Villa Ricetro is an 18th century stone country house set high on the hillside overlooking the Versilia and the Thyrrenean sea.

Three charming holiday rentals have been restored from the ancient oil mill, woodstack and barn, which can accomodate 2, 4 and 5 guests. The property offers its guests a private outside eating area each and a large common garden with sunloungers and umbrellas.

In front of the house, in a discreet position on the hillside, sits the panoramic pool overlooking the valley and the sea.

This Lucca holiday home rental is ideal for a peaceful Tuscan holiday away from the limelight, in a not so touristy area, yet very close to the lovely beaches at Camaiore, and within 20 minutes drive from Lucca city centre.

Cinque Terre is but a short drive away, so is Pisa with its leaning tower and airport (40 kms) and Firenze, 90 kms away.

The three apartments can be booked separately or as a single unit, sleeping up to 15 guests.

The villa is located in the hilly landscape 300 m above the city of Camaiore with a stunning panorama over the mountains and the sea. Shopping facilities and restaurants are located nearby in the village of Montemagno a short walk away. Only 12 kms away are long fine sandy beaches of Viareggio. Lucca, one of the most enchanting antique cities in Italy, is located a mere 20 kms away. it is especially romantic during the time before Christmas. In Pietrasante, art guests will find galleries, marble factories and bronze workshops. For golfers, there is a golf club in Forte dei Marmi, about 25 km from your holiday apartment, another one in Montecatini. In 2 hours you can get with a car to a ski region in the Apuanian alps. 1300 m above Abetone, from December to March, you will find 50 km of snowy and sunny slopes of all levels of difficulty.
