Villa d'Orcia - Elegant villa rental in Southern Tuscany
There are 8 tastefully furnished double bedrooms in the Villa with ensuite bathrooms (with shower or jacuzzi), telephone and mini bar, as well as spacious living rooms and two large veranda.
The Villa has an Internet connection, satellite television, air conditioning, a large living room where guests can taste wine as well as typical local dishes (including black and white truffles).
It has a private outdoors area and direct access to the pool.
The prices are for 7 nights and they include: taxes, electricity, gas for kitchen , water, linen ( for beds, bathrooms and kitchen) changed weekly, maid service with change of bath linen Wednesday, the use of the swimming – pool with beach umbrella and deck-chairs, final cleaning, wireless internet connection, guided walk through vineyard and olive grove, visit to our winery with wine tasting.
Not included in the price: maid service on request euro 15,00 per hour; central heating on consumption euro 4,00 per cubic metre; air conditioning on consumptio charged at euro 4,50 per hour; the use of telephone.
On request, dinners from appetizers to dessert , euro 24,00 p.p. drinks not included ; 50 % discount for children under 16.
Breakfast on request euro 10,00 p.p. - 50% discount for children under 16.
Cooking lesson: preparation of a complete menu and next dinner, euro 65,00 p.p. ( minimum 10 persons), drinks not included.
Extra bed euro: 40,00 for night.
Pets are not allowed.
Pool open from 8 May to 25 September.
Arrival on Saturday from 4,30 p.m. till 7,30 p.m. – departure on Saturday by 10,00 a.m.
Inventory deposit: euro 200,00 ( cash ).
To reserve, it is necessary to provide for a prepayment of 30% of the renting amount ; this deposit is forfeited if cancellation is not done 4 months prior to arrival; balance due , 4 weeks prior.
We produce wine, extra virgin oil, white truffles are naturally growing in our property!!
Large country villa rental with pool
The Villa is a part of a world renowned Farm with its own olive groves and vineyards, is half an hour’s drive away from the famous artistic and historic towns of Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona and the celebrated abbeys of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and Sant’Antimo. It's also near the "Crete Senesi", the spectacular rolling hills characterized by a "terracotta" colour, almost with no vegetation. The area is South of Siena and is made of Clay (Crete).
The building, which dates back to 1600, was originally restored in 1802 and then in 2000.
This charming Villa rental with its swimming pool facing stunning views over the Valdorcia countryside, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in a refined atmosphere.
The spacious living rooms with their elegant ceilings and authentic family furniture convey an “old Tuscan” atmosphere.

In the garden near the Villa, there is a traditional brick building “Capanna”, which was once used to store farm machinery but has now been converted into a comfortable apartment.
Capanna has two double rooms with ensuite bathrooms (with jacuzzi) and telephone.
Villa d’Orcia, a stylish and sophisticated property with large reception rooms and well-kept gardens, is also the perfect setting for weddings and other ceremonies.
The villa can be rented out to a maximum of 16 people or the villa plus Capanna to a maximum of 20 people.

Our trip to Boscarella was unplanned, but so wonderful that words don't do it justice. When there was an unexpected difficulty at the place we planned to stay at, we contacted Erica, who suggested the Pometti family's accessory dwelling near the restored villa, which turned out to be just what we were hoping to find. She genuinely cared about our trip, and that's what made the difference between an okay stay in Tuscany and an unforgettable one. We met a few families staying at the main estate, and I can see why they come back here year after year. We were lucky enough to enjoy San Lorenzo night, when shooting stars are at their peak, and after a delightful evening dining, enjoying the Pomettis' wines and the conviviality of the other visitors around the pool, we sat in the quiet darkness watching the spectacle in the summer night sky. Duccio and his daughters are indescribable. Earthy, refined, and warm-hearted. Highly recommended!
