Borgo La Chiusa è parte di un antico convento alle porte di Siena, nella dolce campagna senese, circondata da colli e campi coltivati che offrono agli ospiti momenti di autentica armonia e risposo.
L`appartamento Porcilaia, il cui nome deriva dal suo uso originario, è stato ristrutturato dalle sapienti mani del proprietario nel 2008 nel rispetto delle tradizioni toscane con pareti in pietra, travi a vista e cotto.
L`appartamento dispone di 2 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni, un bel salone con cucina all`americana dotata di tutto l`occorrente per brevi o lunghi soggiorni.

L`esterno offre un bel giardino dotato di tavolo, sedie, ombrellone, griglia, sdraio ed una piscina fuori terra condivisa con l`altro appartamento al Borgo La chiusa.

I want to thank you for all your help as we planned and booked our vacation in Tuscany. We LOVED our stay at Borgo La Chuisa!!! The country house was absolutely beautiful and the new inground pool was a nice surprise and a great addition to our trip! Francesca was great too and please tell her we thought her English was great!

We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we will book again with you and come back to Borgo La Chuisa ourselves on our next Tuscany vacation.

My husband and I stayed at Borgo La Chuisa in Siena with his parents and our 9-month old son in October 2009. The villa was charming and exceeded our expectations on every account! It is spacious (allowing each of us our own room), beautifully decorated--modern, with a Tuscan flair--and updated with all of the comforts of home. It is the perfect place for families to stay. The property is very peaceful and is surrounded by gorgeous Tuscan landscapes which can be enjoyed on the outdoor patio. Finally, it is supremely located in the heart of Tuscany, allowing for convenient day trips to many of the nearby villages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

BELFAST DIARIO in Porcilaia

This was a perfect place to stay close to Sienna but with the peace of the countryside. The owners were very helpful giving google earth maps to the local supermarket and the house itself was spotless and very well equipped. The surroundings are picture postcard beautiful. The house is well situated to the motorway making it easy to get around. Close to the COOP supermarket was a great restaurant, called the green Frog(?) great food and good value also an ice-cream parlour just across the road. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending La Chiusa. just one question does Tuscany have more stars or is just a bit closer to heaven and therefore easier to see them!

We do recommend this lovely country house to all people looking for tuscany landscapes.
The descripcion given to us was accurate we were even surprised becaused in the reallity the proparty looks even better. Well kept garden, comfortable rooms - everything was clean and tastefull. Lot's of thanks to the owners !!
We will come here once again for sure!

The attention to detail at the villa was evident. All was perfectly displayed and in beautiful condition.
